DELIVERY

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (2-4 working days)

For cards our standard delivery rate is £1.50

For accesories our standard delivery rate of £3.50

.

Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days via Royal Mail. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays, excludes the Channel Islands.

RETURNS

 

We understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we want to make this as easy as possible for you.

In order to return an item to us, please email hello@yaykind.co.uk to start the returns process.

We ask all returns are posted back to the returns address - we're unable to accept any return that is hand-delivered.


Please note, that unless you are returning a faulty item, unwanted orders are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable.
